01 - Abercrombie & Fitch Co.
At Abercrombie & Fitch, I started on the Women’s team designing both licensed and non-licensed graphics across tees, fleece, sweaters, denim, and outerwear. I was later selected to join the company’s first licensing-focused team, created to grow licensed product across men’s, women’s, and kids. As the point person for women’s licensed graphics, I helped concept and design product that felt relevant to the brand and the customer.
A big part of my process is staying close to the customer—conducting trend and runway research, following creators, sourcing vintage for inspiration, and translating those insights into designs. I collaborated closely with cross-functional partners across product, merchandising, and sourcing to ensure each collection aligned with the brand and resonated with our audience.
One of the most rewarding aspects of the job is seeing a person in public or on social media wearing something I created.
